Where we ship

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it's dispatched.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Remote and regional areas may take longer.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control.

International fulfilment

Some AQUESSENCE products are dispatched from our international supply partners. This is reflected in the delivery estimates above. Any duties or taxes are covered by us — you will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking by email at dispatch. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, email hello@aquessence.com.au and we'll investigate.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage may apply.
